Welcome to registration for the
2026–2027 school year!
Some info before diving in...
We're so glad you'll be joining us and can't wait to see what God has in store for our families this year!
Please fill out this form as completely as possible. Each bit of information you can provide us will aid in your teaching and assisting assignments, as well as where your children are placed in the program.
A field for additional relevant information can be found at the end of this form. This may include personal challenges, information relevant to class child placement, and any questions you may have.
Important Dates:
May 16th: New family registration opens
July 15th: Registration closes
August 15th: Final tuition payment due
September 4th: First day/meet and greet!
Our Schedule:
Class Time: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
Co-op Hours: 9:45 AM (arrival and line-up) to 2:30 PM (clean-up) Attendance during the full co-op time is required unless your clean-up responsibilities are completed early.
Lunch: There are two breaks during our co-op day: a 30-minute lunch break and a 15-minute snack break.
Calendar: We meet the first three Fridays of each month, followed by an optional field trip or rest day. Meeting days may be subject to change based on OLR’s approval of space use.
Winter break runs from mid-December through January, with classes resuming in February, weather permitting.
Classes:
Our co-op runs on a three-class rotation, with each class lasting one hour.
You’ll notice that second hour is set aside for Service & Celebration. During this time, the co‑op comes together to work on shared service projects that bless our community. Examples may include creating swag bags for conferences, making cards for the military, or learning to make rosaries. This hour is also a special time when we come together to celebrate feast days and holidays.
While classes may change from semester to semester, here are samples of what a typical day might look like:
Preschool:
1. Religion
2. Service and Celebration
3. STEM/STEAM:
a. First and Second Semester: Flight unit
K-5:
1. Religion (Ascension)
2. Service and Celebration
3. STEM/STEAM using Lego:
a. First Semester: Ocean Exploration
b. Second Semester: Zoo unit
MS/HS:
1. Religion (Ascension)
2. Service and Celebration
3. STEM/STEAM/Life Skills:

b. Second Semester: Speech unit
The required parental involvement is as follows:
Teach one hour (first or third period depending on assignment)
Participate in second period service hour with your children (required, not a free hour, clean up after)
Break one hour (Mom’s Hour or, occasionally, a Floater role depending on schedule needs)
If you've never taught, that's OK! Many parents are in the same boat which is why we make it easy on you by providing the lessons and holding class in a group setting. This allows the teachers to support one another while directing the students along their learning journey! Please fill out the form below and answer the teacher preference questions to the best of your ability!
Required:
Safe Environment Training per the Diocese of Boise. Any family members who may help you during the year will also need to be trained on Safe Environment Procedures. St. Gemma's will assist as best as we can in getting you trained over the summer before class begins in September.
As a reminder, St. Gemma’s is not a drop-off homeschool program. If you’re unable to be present, your children will need to remain home unless a Safe Environment–trained adult can step in to attend and teach on your behalf.
Costs:
Hold Your Spot: Because space is limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis, please submit the $100 registration fee upon completing this form to hold your spot. Payment by debit or credit card will be available at the end, just before submission. This fee is non-refundable, even if you change your mind and withdraw prior to the start of the year.
Tuition: $375 for your entire family
Please be on the lookout for an invoice after registration.
Tuition Due Date: August 15, 2026
Payment Plans: You may choose to split your tuition into payments over the summer months. All tuition must be paid in full by August 15, 2026, to allow time for curriculum and supply purchases. Please indicate in the form below if you are interested in taking advantage of this option.
Books: Families are responsible for purchasing workbooks for children enrolled in K–5 and MS/HS religion classes.
Workbook costs range from $12–$15, depending on age.
Workbook costs will be invoiced separate from tuition and will be due on August 15, 2026. Workbook costs cannot be included in a payment plan at this time.
No Refunds: All tuition, registration, supplies, and book fees are final and non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered only under extreme circumstances and at the discretion of co-op leadership on a case-by-case basis.
Leadership Roles: If you're looking to get more involved or love the idea of reduced tuition, we offer leadership roles that come with a discount. Discounts vary depending on the scope of the role.
For example, a K-5 Religion Coordinator helps ensure the provided curriculum is carried out in the classroom and receives 15% off the $375 annual tuition.
While not required, these roles are a great way to serve the St. Gemma's community and lessen your financial burden. Win-win! Please indicate your level of interest on the registration form and feel free to email us at team@hellostgemmas.com for more information on responsibilities and discounts.
We look forward to learning and growing with you and your family!
Blessings!
