Our goal is to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience for all families. This page includes important information and policies to help support that experience. Please review all policies prior to submitting payment. By submitting payment for any services at St. Gemma’s Homeschool Group, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined on this page.

General Refunds/
Cancellations
At St. Gemma's Homeschool Group, we are committed to providing a positive experience for all members. All membership and event fees are non-refundable, as we organize gatherings and resources based on registered participants.
If you need to cancel your attendance to a specific event:

Please notify us at least 7 days in advance. We may offer a credit toward future events at our discretion.

Memberships or event fees already used cannot be refunded.

No-shows will not receive a credit or refund.

Money contributed towards a celebration will not receive a credit or refund if you cannot attend.

Money paid for food purchased during co-op meeting hours will not receive a credit or refund if you cannot attend.

Money paid toward registration, tuition, supplies, or books are non-refundable except in extreme cases which require review by co-op directors.

Fulfillment of Service
Tuition payments, event registration, celebration contributions, and supply list contributions are completed online through our website. Once your payment is processed:

You will receive a confirmation email with details of your payment.

For tuition and registration payments, you will receive an email receipt via email.

All gatherings and events occur on scheduled dates and times, as outlined on our website. Changes to event times or locations will be communicated via text and/or email as soon as possible.

All services are delivered in-person unless otherwise specified.
Tuition Refund Policy
At St. Gemma's Homeschool Group, tuition payments cover class instruction and supplies. To ensure classes run smoothly and we can purchase the necessary materials, we have the following policy:

Refunds Before Registration Closes

Families who request a cancellation before August 14, 2026 may receive a full refund.

Refunds After Registration Closes

After August 14, 2026, tuition is non-refundable, as supplies will have been purchased.

Exceptions may be made only in extreme circumstances and at the discretion of the directors (e.g., major family emergency, relocation, etc).

No-Shows

Tuition is non-refundable for families who do not show up to our scheduled meetings and do not notify us of their absence ahead of time.

Terms & Conditions
By registering for classes with St. Gemma's Homeschool Group, you agree to the following:

Class Use – Class use is for those family members named on the registration form. Adults must be Safe Environment Trained in order to participate in our co-op.

Behavior Expectations – All students are expected to follow the rules and respect the community. We reserve the right to remove anyone violating these terms without refund.

Payment Terms – All tuition and registration fees must be paid in full on or before the due date of August 15, 2026 for the 2026/2027 school year.

Liability – Participation in classes is at your own risk. St. Gemma's Homeschool Group is not responsible for personal injury, lost items, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Modification of Services – We reserve the right to modify class schedules, fees, or policies at any time. Families will be notified of changes in advance if applicable.

Drop-off's are not allowed and the named parent on the registration form must be present in the building or with their children at all times.
Privacy Policy
St. Gemma's Homeschool Group values your privacy. We collect minimal information necessary to manage class registration and tuition, including:

Name, email, phone number, and address.

Payment information (processed securely via our payment provider and not kept by St. Gemma's)

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Information is used solely for communication, class management, and billing purposes. You may request to view or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us at team@hellostgemmas.com.
